Health is needed in order to live and maintain a long life without any sickness. There needs to be good mental, physical, and social health. Mentally someone should be calm and have their thoughts together. Physically people need to do exercise and stay active in their lives in order to take care of their body. Socially, people need to be easy to get along with.
