    1.) I don't eat meat which has some side effects but other wise I'm okay. My friend showed me all these horrible things on animal cruelty so she influenced me on that.

  8. 1) Now that school's started I've been getting out more and walking a lot more in addition to thirty minutes of exercise a day. This can affect people differently because it will maintain more exercise and physical health as well as more vitamin D, which promotes positive emotions.

    2) I've been cutting down on fast foods as well as foods with a lot of preservatives in them. So I've been trying to eat healthier. This can affect people different due to weight loss as well as healthier body systems by eating healthier foods.

    3) I've stopped drinking caffeine often, and limited my consumption down to about one coffee every few weeks. This can affect people differently due to relying less on coffee and more on getting more sleep, as well as not having a chemical reliance on caffeine.

  13. Ive quit Smoking and i quit playing baseball and i quit screwing up in school. Quiting smoking wasnt hard but i still kindof want to do it but i stopping for now and i will see where this takes me. I quit baseball because it wasnt fun anyone and the program is going down the drain and now i am working twice a week with my free time. And quiting screwing up in school has kept my parents off my back and life is ultimately better now that all these things have happened.

    Three things that influence my health are eating habits, stress, and avoiding harmful substances. Because I am a vegetarian that affects my health because it is sometimes difficult to eat enough protein.The amount of stress i have due to school negatively affects my health as it most likely does with most students, but avoiding drugs and alcohol help to keep me as focused and healthy as possible.

  21. I stopped going out with my friends all the time, i started to focus more on school than my friends, i got all of my priorities straight. Not going out all the time allowed me to get close with my family which is really important, focusing more on school is going to be beneficial not just for me but my mom will be proud of me. Getting all of my priorities straight also helped me control my body more and to be healthier.

    I work at The Little Knight bar on 17th street and i ride my cruiser board there every weekend instead of going in car so that i can get some fresh air and have fun on my way to work.
    I have a pretty bad diet but I'm doing my best to change that. Eating poorly doesn't give you energy to get through the day.

  31. I play water polo I have practice everyday it keeps me really busy and I don't really have that much time for anything else because when the weekend comes all I want to do is sleep. But I must say water polo keeps me in great shape and it also give me a second family. I also don't do drugs I have seen what they can do to other people and I don't want to turn out like them I have goals and dreams in my life and Im not going to have something like drugs take over my life.     1. I don't usually get much sleep at night mainly due to procrastinating but sometimes stress as well. This can affect people in various ways ranging from irritability and lethargy to having bags under your eyes.

    2. I've managed to cut out most of the unhealthy recreations in my life to such an extreme that they're nearly non-existent. This can only affect people in a positive way.
