I don't do much to stay fit, when I need to start moving around I'll pick up a job with the lumberjack delivery service and that is a good 2-3 hour workout period. I start the day off with strength training by picking up logs of wood and loading them in the truck. Continue that and then it goes to cardio by having to unload and run the wood off to the houses. Free semi-workout while I get paid :D.
