Protein synthesis is when the genetic code in DNA is transcripted and translated by types of RNA into proteins that show the traits passed on from parents to their offspring. It is the making of proteins.
Differences between DNA and RNA
1) DNA is double stranded. RNA is single stranded.
2)DNA has deoxyribose sugar. RNA has ribose sugar.
3)DNA has a thymine base. RNA has a Uracil base.
