Hey Nick Mendez again, the first is Physical Health which is the way your body parts and systems function. The second is Mental and Emotional Health which is Feelings about yourself and who you meet the demands of life. And the thrid and final one is Social Health how you get along with others.

There are 3 equally important parts to health triangle. The first is my physical Health. Physical health refers to nutrition, hygiene, sleep, exercise, etc. The second part is my mental and emotion health. This refers to what i feel about myself, my loved one, and the demands that i experience. The last part of my triangle is social health. Social health could be anything from playing on XBOX Live to going to church/temple to hanging out with your friends. All 3 parts make the triangle that is your total health.

In the Health Triangle there are three parts, Social, Physical, and Mental and Emotion. Social health is when you talk with other people like hanging out with your friends or talking with your peers. Physical health is your nutrition, your sleep and staying in shape. Mental and Emotional is how you think about yourself and the demands that you experience.

well the 3 most important aspects of the triangle are mental social and physical. mental because the way you think help[ you to pick the people you hang out with includes the social part and determening the ppeople you hang out with is the physical thimgs you do liker if all your friends take walks you take walks with them if they just seat aroiund you will sit with them. so they all afect each other and if one of this is wqrong then there all provably wrong. itsa starts with mental because thath the way you think witch is how you see things. then social because 6the pople you hang out with will encourage you a surten way and will some thimes help you or mess you up.then it physical because if you dont think write you will get bad influence as friends witch will make you do bad unhealthy things for your body witch affects physical. so they all work together to help out your body and your health.

The 3 main aspects of my health triangle are my physical, social and mental health. Probably the main aspect of my physical health is the sports I play such as basketball and tennis. The main aspect of my social health is hanging with my friends and forming healthy friendly relationships with them and the other people around me. Finally, the main aspect of my mental health is that I always try to remain happy. I have found that this reduces stress and makes my entire life more peaceful. :)

The 3 main parts to the health triangle are physical, mental, and social health. Physical health refers to keeping ones self healthy, exercising a few times a week and eating healthy. Mental health means having a peace of mind, not stressing out too much and the way one feels about themselves internally and externally. Lastly, social health means having a good relationship with one's friends and family and surrounding ones self with good friends who don't pressure you to do anything you don't want to. Those are the 3 main parts of one's health triangle.

The 3 main aspects of my health triangle are physical, mental, and social health. My physical health would be exercise, eating habits, getting proper sleep and the foods i eat. Mental and Emotional Health would be how i am as a person and how i get along with my friends and family. Social Health would be when i hang out with my friends and family and the relationships i form.

One of the parts of my health triangle is a "physical" part. My greatest phsical aspect is probably that i do so much waterpolo all the time. The second part is "Mental and Emotional", which is how i'm feeling and what makes me happy, like drawing, traveling or taking pictures. The last part is "social", which is how i associate with others and i do this by hanging out, texting or facebooking my friends. All of these aspects have to be balanced for someone to be healthy.

The three aspects of my health triangle are physical, mental, social and emotional health. My most important one is mental becuase it identifies a bit of who you are and how you relfect on the world. My second is social becuase it shows how well your able to communicate with those around you. Lastly is my physical health. It is the way you live your life, having healthy choices in food and avoiding toxins, hygiene, the amount of sleep you get. These three aspects are what make up your total health.

The second is social because looks have nothing to do with how you make or lose friend. And lastly physical is the well being of your body inside like you organs and outside like your arms and legs

Hey im Robbie Huard and im 15 years old. The three main parts of a typical health triangle are Physical, mental, and social health. Physical health is pretty much based on your exercise and eating habits. Mental health is based on what you think about and your stress level. Lastly, your social health is how you interact and get along with others.

For my mental, i attend school daily, and read magizines. Lastly, for social I will hangout with my friends.

my health triangle is mental, phycal, and social health. my most strongest is all. i can not have 1 without another. one fails they all fail. so i try my hardest to balence my health as best as possible. my health is my life. i need it to live haha. but without it i cant be who i am and do what i do. all three work in harmoney. i think thats how you spell it haha.

The three main aspects of our health is all physical, mental and social health. If one of them is focused on more or less than all of the other sides are basically screwed. If all of them are balanced out all your health is okay.

oh hey dude, my three main things about my health triangle are football, school and my family and friends. the biggest thing in my Physical health is football because we work out everyday and it keeps me in shape. the biggest thing in my mental health is school because depending how good or bad i do in school reflects on my future. lastly the biggest thing in my social health is my family and friends. i believe if you dont have family or friends you dont anything. those are my three main things of health. ill see you tomorrow lattteerrr brrooooo

The 3 parts of my health triangle are mental, social and physical. Mentally, most of my time is taken up at paying LOTS of attention at school, but i also learn new things from family and friends. For my physical side, I play football and ride my skateboard/bike places. Socially, i like to hang with my friends, family and meet new people. thats how i do dont hate.

My three attributes for health include Physical Health, Mental Health, and Social Health. Physical Health is like bodily health habits including; excrcise, sleep, hygiene, eating well, getting fluids, etc. Mental Health would include how stable a person is and their ability to stay happy and cope with adversity if need be. Social Health includes constant interaction with other people and building relationships so that you can grow as a person.

the 3 things to put on your health triangle is physical health wich would have sports and activities you would do...and food or drinks you eat...the second one is mental wich would have all the things that you think about all the time...the third thing is social wich would have all the things that you do like texting,myspace,going to the movies,hanging out with your friends and ect....those are all the things you need...

Mental health has to do with how you think about yourself and how you deal with the demands of life. Physical health has to do with your sleep, nutrition, and staying in shape. Social health has to do with how you get along with others and having healthy relationships.

The second is mental, this is how you feel, what drives you, what goals you have and anything that goes on inside your head. There are three equal parts to my health triangle these parts are physical,mental/emotional, and social. For the physical part of my triangle it includes a fairly balanced diet supplamented with regular exercise including swimming, hiking, riding bikes, and running. Next is my mental/ emotional part of my triangle this is where my goals and the things i care about are placed which include becoming a vet, a chef and a writer, also my love for drawing, race cars, and the wide open desert. The third and last part of my triangle is social this is based on my love for my close knit family, my boyfriend, and my wide variety of friends. With all of these things I have and continue to acheive total health.

Personal health is cut into 3 equal sections all with their own importance to oneself. First there is the Physical segment which of course is self defined. What you eat, physical activities, and anything that is "Physical". Secondly there is the Mental cut, which is defined by your process of interpreting and understanding the world around you. Not only that but also the way you deal with given tasks and situations. Finally there is the Social segment which is the easiest of all to define. Social just like physical is self defined in its title. Who you hang out with, how do you interact, your personality, all of this is what makes up your social segment of health. These 3 poorly defined segments are what contribute together into forming your overall health.

My mental health shows that usually im a happy person and im always focusing on the present. The three main aspects of my health triangle are football, snowboarding, and exercise. Football means alot and takes up a huge portion of my life and is what is most important to me. Snowboarding is the second most important aspect of my triangle. It is by far my favorite thing to do and i am really good at it which makes it more fun. And exercise is also really important because not only does it keep me in awesome shape, it keeps my body healthy and lookin good.

The three main aspects of my health triangle are mental, physical, and social health. My physical health would be exercise, eating properly, and getting enough sleep. Mental and/or Emotional Health would be more on my personallity and who i am as a person and the ways i get along with my friends, family, and the people around me. Social Health would be when im with my friends and family and the relationships i have and form with all of them. word to ya motha!

In my health triangle there are three main aspects which include physical, social, and mental health. Although I assume this is the same for everyone except for campbell after reading his comment, everyone has different reasons. Physical health is what keeps me fit and help me get a nice bicep and tricep workout. Football was apart of my physical side because weightlifting is what helps make me strong. The second aspect is social health because this side can effect my personality. Social health is what helps me stay away from the " shit birds " because if I have a bad social life then I will not make it very far. The last part is my mental health. My whole future will not be successful if my grades are sub par. My mental helps is the aspect that will help me thrive into what I want to be when I grow up and help me get into a good university right away. In the health triangle there is 3 differnt and important parts which add up to our everyday life success. the first would be social health. This has to do with communication with your friends with myspace or by going to church and praying with your god. the second part would be physical health. This part is the funest part. It includest my favoirte nutrition in which you eat health and by the pounds and also football. The last part of the triangle is mental health. This includes studying for a test or maybe trying to keep a calm mind and hold your breath for 3 minutes who knows. These 3 parts of the triangle are like a tripod. If you screw one up you end up falling. So stay on top of your health game and make your health triangle is complete!

I read alot, listen and search for good music. Physically I play many sports but at school I only play tennis. Socially I like to go to concerts, travel, and go to or have parties.
