Describe your Health Triangle

My health triangle is split up into the three categories of a my health-- physical, social, and mental. Under physical i included the best thing i have ever done for my health which was play soccer. soccer helped me with my exercise and i had soccer literally everyday for six years straight. I also included three things that i am currently doing which is good for my health. I put something that i need to improve on which is eating healthier. Under Mental i put a picture of a happy face because im usually happy but im just a serious person. I put a picture of my school, problem solving, and communicating because all of those things help people use there brains and its good for you to think and solve problems. Also i stress about almost everything so i put a picture of someone stressing. Lastly is social in which i included picture of the environment i live in, and how i communicate with others.

I use the basic shape of my health triangle to show off my nerdy side by making it in the shape of a triforce. The top triangle is the physical health section where I have proceeded to tape my printed out pictures. There I have pictures that represent water, exercise and cleaning yourself. Those are ways I can be a healthy and presentable person.
In the bottom left triangle I have pictures representing rest/ relaxation, and my creative outlets. These are my ways of staying healthy with a peace of mind and low stress.
In the bottom right I have pictures representing social media sites and my friends. The social media sites are a way of being connected to people but in a way being completely unconnected at the same time. In the picture with friends show how I need people in my life as a positive confirmation.
I enjoyed making my poster and I am satisfied with they way it has turned out.

My health triangle is like a pyramid, that is balanced in all three areas creating great strength and stability for me. With all three qualities being important it is my opinion that my greatest foundation is my mental outlook being positive and happy. That mental outlook has created a fun and full social environment full of friends and family. In my physical well being I feel strong, energetic, and filled with adventure thats ready to bring me into the next new opportunity. A goal for the betterment of my physical health is to get more sleep so i can feel more alert throughout my day. My mental aspiration is to be less mental. To get out of my mind and spend more time in the quiet place of peace. And last, but very important to me in the social part of my triangle is to take time to give back and be of service to our community and the planet. I am that I am in all aspects of my health triangle.

My health triangle is divided into 3 parts : social , physical and mental. For physical health i usually play either football or lacrosse. Being in a sport has helped me because it keeps me healthy & active. Being mentally healthy for me means being happy & having a positive outlook on life each day , and that's what i try to do. Being social is also another form to stay healthy because you need to have interaction with other people
so you wont get depressed. I usually always talk to as much people as i can so i can get to know everyone & have a positive attitude.

My health triangle is splint in to three parts physical, mental, and social health. All of the pictures are from my life. I put many pictures of my sports. My sports are my life. I have made some of my greatest friends in swimming. In sports, you understand how hard it is to balance school and sports. My swim team is so close we all went to formal together and you will se that picture on the board. We also have a ton of team dinners for both running and swimming. In the also in the social side of sports we get along so well or swim coach thinks of us as his family. My coach is older is when you do something wrong its like disappointing your grandpa. In the mental part I put a picture of me swimming, I think swimming is so mental because if you don’t want to think about the day you can think about you stroke and how you need to work on your breathing pattern. Also running is the same way because you can vent to you friend. After a long day of school and sports, I like to go home and listen to music it’s a great stress reliever. On the physical side if you cant, tell by now I run cross-country and swim on the YMCA club team and I also swim for the high school. If you look at one of the picture on the physical it me and some if my family after we finished my second half marathon. That is my health.

My Health triangle is a combination of physical, mental, and social health. Staying healthy is not just about eating right, and getting the right amount of exercise. My physical health mostly consists of sports, which is volleyball, softball, and surfing. These activities help me get in good shape and make me physically healthy. My mental health defines how i feel, think, and cope. Going to school and learning new things, making decisions, learning to deal with stress helps me get mentally healthy. in my social health consists of getting along with family and friends, working well in groups and disagreeing without fighting. The health triangle is very important because it allows me to monitor my own wellness and how well i'm keeping myself balanced in life.

Physical is about how you do for your health is example like sports.Social is about how you socialize with other people and the peer presure. It can be unhealthy social behavior like delinquent peers, and deviant.Mental is about your mind and how eating healthy food make you smarter and alert.

My health triangle was balanced for the most part. My best friend was the one in the picture though because I spend more time with her than with anyone else. My family is also social because without them i wouldn't be as friendly and outgoing as I am today. I used fun as an overall encompassing idea that captures everything from social media to hanging out. Those three describe my social health.Music is in all aspects of my life but i love it because it helps express feelings and relaxes me. Love is an emotional and mental state of being and I love the people that surround me. Laughter was important because you will almost always see a smile on my face and hear me laughing no matter what the situation is. My mental side is also very much my emoptional side. I've been dancing since i was 5 and i love it plus it helps me stay in shape despite what i eat. i put a picture of in-n-out on my poster because its my favorite food and i eat junk food all the time. I also put a water bottle because i drink lots of water. Lastly i put a picture of a beach cruiser because that's what my bike looks like and i love to ride around my neighborhood and in the back bay. My physical side could use some work because i should really try to eat healthier. That was my health triangle. - Selena Romero

My health triangle is split into three sections: mental, social and physical. For my health triangle on physical I had pictures of a man running, a man playing soccer and a man weightlifting. For my mental side of the triangle, I had pictures of school and a brain.I had school because at school I gain knowledge and work my mind in all my classes. Finally for the social side of my triangle, I had a picture of facebook, soccer, a phone and school. I had facebook for the fact of social media and school because the majority of my friends go to harbor. I had a picture of a phone because I use my phone a lot and soccer because I love to play it and I have many friends through playing soccer.

My health triangle included the three sections: Social, Physical, and Mental. In my social category, I had placed pictures of my friends and family doing activities with me. I love going to church camps with all of my friends, as wells as going to Disneyland with them. I love spending time with my family and I feel that is important to maintain a healthy relationship with the members of your family. My goal in my social life is to have more courage to be outgoing and be comfortable with meeting new people. In my physical category, I have pictures of my interests for being active. I enjoy playing soccer, skiing, and doing cheer. My goal is to increase my flexibility and also make better eating habits. The mental side of my health triangle includes things that help relieve stress. I absolutely love going to my church and the midweek groups. I like to listen to music most of my day and I try to have a positive attitude. My goal would try to be mostly stress free this year, because it is difficult to concentrate when I am worried about many things. I benefited from creating this health poster because it helped me realize what I need to work on, as well as let go from my life.

My health triangle is to resemble my physical life, my mental life, and my social life. I am physically healthy because i work out 4 times a week at the NAC. I skateboard with my friends when I am bored. I also body surf when ever I van get down to the beach. I am mentally healthy because I give time to myself every now and then. I also make sure I never get stressed out. I am socially healthy because I i hang out with my friends as much as i can. I am constantly trying to make new friends. I also hangout with my family when ever i don't have plans and on Sundays. My physical goal is to go to the gym more. My mental goal is to sleep more. My social goal is to volunteer more.

My Health Triangle is split into three categories; physical, mental, and social. Under the social part of it, I have put pictures of an Instagram and Facebook app. I am involved in both. I also have pictures of my friends and they help me along in life. I don't know what I would do without friends. The second part of my Health Triangle is physical. I have pictures of a biker, a football game, and a bodysurfer. I do all of these activities. I try to go to the beach every weekend. Also, I have pictures of a man sleeping and a man brushing his teeth. I try to get lots of sleep and brush my teeth often, keeping a good hygiene. The third part of my Health Pyramid is mental. I have pictures of music and a man relaxing. Music relaxes me when I am stressed. I also try to set goals for myself.

My health triangle consisted of the standard three categories: social, physical, and mental. for social i put a picture of me and my friends at formal pictures because i tend to hang out with my friends quite a bit. i also put a baseball and bat because we enjoy leisurely playing baseball along with a picture of my favorite Formula 1 driver, Jenson Button, my friends and i enjoy watching F1 races and betting on who will win. For the physical category i put swimming because i swim 3-4 times a week to stay in shape and to keep my muscles in tune i do crossfit occasionally hence the kettlebell. The best physical decision i have made is playing water polo and i need to improve in sleeping longer to let my body recover from physical activity quicker. For mental I put a thumbs up because i am a positive person and i put Forbes because i enjoy reading Forbes to prepare me for the business world. A goal for me mentally is to focus and work hard enough in school to be able to run my own real estate company and buy myself a McLaren.

My health triangle revolved around a centered picture of myself and then the three categories, mental, physical, and social where I put various pictures. Most of the pictures I used were of my family and friends; I tried to avoid using a bunch of pictures from the Internet. On the back I also discussed the pictures I chose and my goals to improve my mental, physical and social health. Mentally I need to stress about school, and college as little as possible that way I perform better on homework or whatever I’m doing academically. The more I stress over school the worse I do, especially under pressure. Physically I would like to try and sleep more, as well as workout daily, and do more physically besides just running. Socially I need to make better decisions on when to hangout with friends, as I often have to choose between them and my homework. Surrounding myself with friends is important for me be happy and have a balanced life, yet I need to focus on academics coming first all the time.

My triangle is made up of three categories Mental,
Physical, and Social health. For my social health I put Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter because those are social networks that i use more than I probably should use them. On my physical side I put a picture of a football, a man running, and a volleyball because I play both football and volleyball and I could improve my phsical health by going for runs more often. On my mental side I put headphones, books, and even more books because I relax by listening to music but I could better my mental health by reading more and doing my homework more often.

My health triangle is split into three categories for my health. Physical,social, and mental. physical is about being able to exercise without struggle. for example, i put cross country. next, social is about being able to communicate, hangout, and being comfortable talking in front of people or large crowd. for example, i put Instagram, messaging, twitter, etc. last, mental is being able to plan things before time, and thinking about thinks ahead of time. also, thinking about important thinks like studying and getting an education. for my triangle i put family, studying, and sleeping.

In health class, we made health triangles. The triangles were divided into 3 parts that represented physical, mental, and social health. We had to show what we like to do to keep ourselves healthy. For physical health, I put down some of the sports I like to play, like volleyball and dance. I also drew fruits and veggies to show I like to eat right. then I put that I don't smoke or do drugs. All of those things keep me physically healthy. For staying socially healthy, I like to check social media and hang out with friends and do community service. Doing these things keep me active in my community. For mental, I like to listen to music and read, which helps me unwind and relax. I also like to draw and paint. I find these great de-stressers. All of these things keep me healthy and feeling good. All of these things were expressed in my health triangle.

My health triangle is split into three sections-physical, mental, and social. Under physical I put soccer, field hockey, and eating right. My best thing i have ever done for my health was playing soccer and making the field hockey team as their goalie. Soccer and field hockey have helped me stay active and it has made my stress level go way down. I also stay physically healthy by eating mostly healthy foods. I stay mentally healthy by staying positive, listening to music to keep me calm, and I study for mostly all of my tests. My greatest accomplishment for my mental health was probably studying more for my tests because that kept my grade up and it makes me happy when i have good grades in school. For social health i put my friends and family, My friends and i like to do fun things together like go skydiving and white water rafting. I also talk to them at school. I also do sports with my friends which makes the running much easier and more fun. My family and i also like to do fun things together like play card at night and watch T.V.

My health triangles is split up into 3 categories, mental, physical, and social health. under my mental category I put someone sleeping that was in a magazine that I found to resemble that I am well rested. In the physical category I put a picture of a surf board because I love to surf, I also put a paddle board, a person hiking, and my cheer team here at NHHS. Then under my social category I put me with my friends, a picture of knots burry farm because me and a lot of my friends have passes, and I also put the beach because me and many of my friends are walking distance to the ocean.

My health triangle was split up into three sections: Physical, Social, and Mental. In the physical section, I included pictures of a football, weights, and a man running because to me that represented the physical aspect of my life whether it be things I need to improve on or things that I do frequently that benefit that aspect of my life. I continued to do this for the other two sections, putting around four pictures per section. In the social section I had placed various pictures of me with my family and friends because that represents my social life. Lastly, in the mental section, I believe (I can't entirely remember) I put a picture of an electric guitar because i play guitar and I think that it mentally relaxes and strengthens me. I also put a picture of someone studying because I need to do more of that and, finally, I put a picture of someone doing homework because I do a lot of that and it takes up a lot of my time.

My health triangle was divided into three categories, Mental, Social, and Physical. Under Mental, I put a picture of me playing guitar, because it helps me relax and let go. I also put a picture of donut because donuts are considered my "Brain food". For physical i put a picture of bodyboarding, and baseball because I love to bodyboard and baseball is life. Under social, I put a picture of my friends because I love hanging out with them. I also put the logo of my church the CSM united which is a really awesome community of people that meet up every Wednesday night.

My health triangle is a triangle with the categories of my physical, social, and mental health on each leg of the triangle. in physical i put that i like to play basketball on my free time and during P.E. For mental, i put a smiley face because i am a happy person most of the time, and like to think good thoughts. One of the things i need to work on is my social health, i do go out with friends and family, but i kind of have a little problem talking to other people i don't usually know that good. one of the pictures i used was a fork and knife crossed, cuz i like to go out and eat with friends and family.

My health triangle was split into three different sections. First was mental, i put headphones because i feel that listening to music can put you in different moods depending on the music witch then affects how you think and act. Next was social, i put two people eating dinner, because i feel that taking to another person is the foundation of being social. Also i put people at a concert because i feel you need to go out and about to meet new people and make new friends. Last i put physical, in there i put a football, because playing a sport can really get you into goo shape, and it can help you make good friends while being active.
