(helps you make better choices). My percentages for fat, carbs and protein in my diet are about 29% fat, 57% carbohydrates and 15% protein.

When i'm reading food labels i check in how many calories and calculate how many serving they have in each one that's the main thing that i check up when am at the store buying food.For my diet i just calculate what am eating and drinking or my moms does it when she cook's .
